CONSULTATION

Tell us about your project! Simply provide us with details including your budget, delivery terms, sample images, target audience and preferred file size.
We can even provide design and color suggestions for customers still in the planning process.

ROUGH ESTIMATE, CONTRACT CREATION, PAYMENT

Once we have a clear understanding of your project vision, we can provide you with a rough estimate based on your image specifications and prepare an international trade contract.
After agreeing on contract terms we will issue a purchase order form for you to fill out and retum to us.
Once we have received the completed purchase order, our company will issue an order receipt and invoice. We will begin production as soon as payment is confirmed.

TRIAL

We can provide trial illustrations for clients planning on purchasing multiple illustrations.
This is to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our production quality and so that we can agree on a final quotation.

PRODUCTION

We will begin the illustration process based on your specification requirements and previous discussions.
We will make sure that you are completely satisfied during each step of production from the rough draft and line drawing to the coloring process.

REVISION

We provide free revisions until you are completely satisfied, so long as the illustration does not drastically differ from what was originally ordered.

DELIVERY

Finally, we will deliver the illustrations in your preferred format. Please note that there is an additional fee for last minute format conversions after finalizing the product specifications.
